Laissez-faire will continue its decade-long association with the State Library of NSW.

Laissez-faire Catering has been reappointed as exclusive caterer for the State Library of NSW for the next three years.

The contract win consolidates Laissez-faire’s 10-year association with the institution, that has seen it become the venue’s preferred supplier for events, catering and sole operator of the in-house Café Trim.

To date, the Sydney-based culinary and events company has delivered over 20 exhibition openings, 1500 library events and 1000 private functions at the venue.

The State Library of NSW will open its new galleries and learning centre on 6 October 2018, which is ideal timing for Laissez-faire.

“The opportunity to enhance our offering when the State Library of NSW is unveiling new spaces is the perfect showcase for both parties,” says Laissez-faire general manager Sara Flaksbard.

“We look forward to revealing our exciting plans in the coming months, which include renovations to the existing café and the introduction of new event spaces for the corporate market.”
