The head of British Airways’ Australian operations, Neil Ager, has spoken exclusively on camera to SPICENEWS about the company’s commitment to the SYdney-London route in the wake of the airline’s Joint Services Agreement with Qantas coming to an end in March 2013.

Ager, British Airways’ Regional Commercial Manager – South West Pacific, said part of that commitment was the airline’s upgrading of aircraft on the route to the Boeing 777-300ER from April 2013, a plane that features the company’s latest onboard product.
