The PCO Associtation has launched a Training and Accreditation Package allowing members to study at their own pace, in their own time, and includes 6 units of competency from the Diploma of Events.

Launched last year, the PCO Association’s accreditation program has been very successful, with over 55 members from throughout Australia and New Zealand now accredited as Certified Event Managers.

Members can apply for Accreditation either by Recognition of Prior Knowledge (RPK) or Standard Entry. For members who do not have formal industry qualifications, and are not eligible for the RPK criteria, the Association has developed a suite of training packages which will not only allow members to apply for Accreditation, but will also earn credit towards a nationally recognized qualification, such as a Diploma of Events.

These units of competency are also included in the Event Management Training Program to be held at the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre on 27th and 28th July.
