A look inside the brand new Ritz-Carlton, Perth

The opening marks the 100th Ritz-Carlton property in the world.

The Ritz-Carlton, Perth has officially opened in Elizabeth Quay, heralding the return of the luxury brand to Australia.

Overlooking the Swan River and Kings Park, the hotel is the 100th Ritz-Carlton property to open globally.

“We are very excited to bring the legendary service and exceptional luxury of The Ritz-Carlton brand back to Australia,” said Lisa Holladay, global brand leader at The Ritz-Carlton.

“Perth as a destination has so much to offer the luxury traveller, from its stunning landscapes to its superior produce and wine.”

Premium king room

The hotel features 205 guest rooms including 19 suites, which boast city and Swan River views.

For ultimate luxury, the 277-square-metre signature Ritz-Carlton Suite offers separate sleeping, living and entertainment areas each framed by floor-to-ceiling windows.

Guests with access to The Ritz-Carlton Club Lounge can enjoy mixology demonstrations, five culinary presentations per day, as well as personalised wellbeing experiences.

The Ritz-Carlton, Perth boasts 2000 square metres of conference space, including the 550-square-metre Elizabeth Quay Ballroom.

Three pre-function spaces are also on offer, plus an outdoor bar terrace to accommodate a cocktail reception for 100 guests.

The hotel’s signature restaurant and lounge, Hearth, is a modern take on Australian barbecue.

Acclaimed Western Australian executive chef Jed Gerrard leads the charge, showcasing the freshest produce from the region’s farmers, fishermen and artisans.

Songbird is the hotel’s cocktail bar and a hot spot for sunset drinks. Evening views over the Swan River will be accompanied by original cocktails that focus on native Australian botanicals.
