In addition to a 20 per cent increase in overall entries, EEAA chief executive Joyce DiMascio said that the new category recognising Best Association Event was well supported with high quality entries from both association organisers and organisers on behalf of their association partners/clients.

The Best Show will be assessed in a two-stage process. The winners from the show categories will each be assessed in a second level review to determine the show of the year, which will be announced on 30 November.
