Everything you need to know about PCOA20

The annual conference kicks off next week.

In yet another positive sign that are events are returning, the PCO Association (PCOA) is going ahead with its annual conference, PCOA20.

Taking place on 7 and 8 December, the event will be based at Hyatt Regency Sydney and will be streamed to additional satellite events at Crowne Plaza Adelaide, Crowne Plaza Melbourne, Hyatt Hotel Canberra, Novotel Perth Murray Street, Pullman Brisbane King George Square and Park Hyatt Auckland.

Professional conference organisers who are unable to attend in person at one of the various locations can attend virtually, as the two-day conference streams live online.

Conference program

The PCOA20 program is jam-packed with intriguing topics and speakers on all things conferences and events.

Under the theme ‘Flexibility is the future – Live, local and connected’, the conference will provide practical tips and knowledge for event professionals as they look ahead to 2021.

Virtual exhibition

This year, PCOA’s trade exhibition is going virtual, giving attendees the chance to meet from the comfort of their home, office or one of the event venues.

The line-up of exhibitors is extensive and includes convention bureaux from Geelong, Sunshine Coast, Victoria, Perth, Brisbane, Adelaide, as well as venue representatives from Accor, SMC Conference & Function Centre, Hyatt and Village Roadshow Theme Parks.

Registration details

If you wish to attend PCOA20 in person, registrations close on Wednesday 2 December at midday (AEDT). All in-person attendees must pre-register online.

Virtual registrations will stay open for the duration of the conference.

The speaker recordings be available to view after the event, as the portal will be open until mid-February for registered attendees.
