The name says it all. The Apartment has been converted from a former private residence atop long-time local favourite, Hotel Centennial, in Sydney’s leafy Woollahra. When it comes to food, executive chef Ben Greeno is there to design a menu just for your event, drawing upon his produce-driven philosophy at the chef-hatted Hotel Centennial below.

Modern minimalism meets light-filled warmth, while views across Centennial Park create a refined backdrop for a private dinner, cocktail party, stylish launch event or client lunch (just don’t get caught daydreaming out across the sunlit treetops).
There’s also a large boardroom, three breakout rooms and in-house AV ready to go for meetings, workshops and conferences.
Oh, and another nice touch? There is a separate private entrance from Hotel Centennial, so guests can arrive and depart with ease (and feel like VIPs).
