Since 1998, BridgeClimb has led almost 3.2 million Sydneysiders and visitors from over 130 countries to scale to the summit of the iconic Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Climbers are guided by local Climb Leaders, who double up as Bridge historians, safety monitors, comedians, and photographers. They share in a spectacular perspective of Sydney whilst building a strong sense of achievement, bonding and camaraderie and of course – fun!
Recently, BridgeClimb has been creating a number of special climbs, in tune with the key events and festivals taking place in Sydney.
This was demonstrated in the 2014 Mardi Gras Disco Climb, where climbers ascended the Bridge waving rainbow hankies in celebration of the Sydney Festival. Upon reaching the Summit they danced and bonded with their groups on a stage like no other, under a glittering disco ball to some classic Disco tracks. Each climber took away an 8 second video (and their rainbow hankie) as a momentum.
BridgeClimb is also looking forward to announcing a special experiential climb being put on as part of the Vivid Light Festival celebrations, running from 23rd May to 9th June.
If you can imagine it, it’s very possible BridgeClimb can make it happen. Whether with a group of 10 or 100, the BridgeClimb team are committed to bringing a first class experience that climb groups will never forget and is dedicated to tailoring the climb experience to various booking sizes and requirements.
To date, the largest number of people BridgeClimb had Climb in one day was 1,850 and the largest single group booking in a day was 700. Big thinking is welcomed. In July 2013 a record corporate group – a 2,100 strong incentive from Perfect China ascended the Bridge.
