Sydney’s newest meetings and events venue

The WINX Stand will play host to Sydney’s top local events and attract domestic and international meetings and events, including conferences, gala dinners, exhibitions, and other boutique to large-scale celebrations.

Named in honour of the immortal racehorse Winx, the new WINX Stand is a two-level $46.6 million state-of-the-art venue now open at the iconic Royal Randwick.

This space is ideal for conferences and galas, with each Gallery space designed to host 530 pax for a conference, 500 for cocktails and 400 banquet style.

GALA DINNERS

Whether it be a charity function, awards night or sporting gala event, we will help you create a night to remember. Our new WINX Stand will boast a multitude of flexible light-filled spaces that offer seamless indoor and outdoor flow. This function area can cater for over 1,800 guests, and our experienced events team will tailor your requirements and work with you to create an event that is as inspiring as the setting.

Natural light, sweeping vistas of green spaces, and our open-air rooftop space creates an energising environment for conferences. Be it for a multi-day seminar or single day planning session, the breaktaking views towards the Eastern suburbs make it the ideal location for your conference.
