Marriott’s Australian hotels have launched a last minute booking program for winter.

Marriott’s Sydney properties are offering free meetings when booking groups at Sydney Harbour Marriott and Pier One Sydney Harbour, as well as free breaks that include refreshments and time out to play giant Jenga and Connect 4 at Courtyard by Marriott North Ryde.  In Queensland, there’s special room rates, free breakfast and cocktail parties, and in Melbourne $100 bar tabs are up for grabs.

Eligibility for free meetings is based on booking and confirming a minimum number of group rooms. This offer is valid for new bookings and applicable dates only.

Meeting planners will also be rewarded with Double Marriott Rewards points being offered for a limited time. Earning double points provides the opportunity to earn up to 100,000 points or 30,000 airline miles with any qualifying meeting, group or event.

National Marketing Manager for Marriott International in Australia Deborah McDiarmid said, “Marriott understands that the way people work is changing. It’s more mobile and more collaborative, so we are constantly searching for inventive ways to serve our customers. This approach doesn’t stop on property where our event teams are designing solutions daily to suit each meeting planner’s individual needs. We are also available to take enquiries at marriottmeetings.com.au where help is just a click away via online chat and instant call options.”

Properties participating in the new ‘Business Meetings Wrapped Up’ promotion are Brisbane Marriott, Surfers Paradise Marriott Resort and Spa,  Sydney Harbour Marriott Melbourne Marriott, Courtyard by Marriott Sydney and North Ryde  and Pier One Sydney Harbour.
