Australian software development company iVvy is about to launch its new solution to cater to the Event and Conference Venue Management market. Three years have been spent engineering the scalable architecture using superior cloud technology that is the foundation of the iVvy platform. 
 
 
In 2010 iVvy successfully introduced an online Event, Conference and Membership Management System for event organisers and PCOs. iVvy is Software as a Service (SaaS) that allows users  to manage the comprehensive suite of tools with ease from anywhere in the world. Developed locally by a team of expert engineers and designers, iVvy is constantly updated and users receive updates immediately. iVVy Venue will mirror the original paradigm to keep users at the cutting edge. Uptake of iVvy by event organisers is growing at 50% each quarter, with an expectation for a 65% increase by 2013, due to it steadily replacing redundant technology within the market sector.
 
The latest iVvy offering will be for Hotels with conference or banqueting facilities, Small to Medium Event, Multi-Event Conference Venue Sales and Catering sector. iVvy Venue is a user-friendly system aimed at increasing sales and significantly improving efficiency when managing event bookings at the host location. 
 
Consultation and input from a range of events industry specialists and hotels has helped iVvy develop the Venue operating system.
 
The new software will allow users to easily manage a range of aspects of their conference facilities, from space availability, accommodation bookings, event orders, menu management and function diaries to marketing, supplier procurement and payments.
