The Veuve Clicquot Business Woman Network’s “Inspiring Women” is a recent Trippas White Group event success story, with 75 of Australia’s most successful business women gathering at the Botanic Gardens Restaurant ahead of International Women’s Day.
High-profile attendees included Natalie Bloom, Mandy Foley–Quin, Marilynne Paspaley, Shelley Barrett, Sandra Sully, Kristina Karlsson, Magdalena Roze, Natarsha Belling, Lisa Wilkinson, Deborah Thomas and MC Sally Obermeder along with guest speakers, the designers behind the iconic sass & bide fashion label, Sarah-Jane Clarke and Heidi Middleton.
Guests sipped on Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label and enjoyed canapés designed by Chef Todd Hunt including oysters; parmesan arancini; seared Yellowfin tuna with Vietnamese dressing; shredded pork pancake; and roasted prawns with corn, shitake mushrooms and a parmesan butter dressing.
The restaurant was given a Clicquot twist by Sydney paper artist Samantha Gazal, whose hanging origami butterfly installation in Clicquot yellow was designed to play on the garden surrounds.
