ibis Perth unveils vibrant transformation

ibis Perth has undergone a remarkable transformation, emerging as a contemporary retreat that redefines the economy hotel experience.

The extensive renovation of ibis Perth has transformed the hotel, upgrading all 192 rooms and bathrooms, along with the lobby and social spaces. This revitalisation enhances comfort and convenience while embracing Perth’s natural and urban beauty. Locally sourced timber, earthy textures, and artistic elements inspired by Kings Park, the Swan River, and the Art Gallery of Western Australia create a seamless blend of nature, culture, and contemporary design.

Each room features modern furnishings and smart technology for an elevated stay, while the refreshed bathrooms boast high-end fixtures and rainfall showers. The redesigned lobby is now a vibrant social hub where guests can work, connect, or unwind. A brand-new gym supports an active lifestyle for travellers.

Located on Murray Street in the heart of Perth’s CBD, ibis Perth offers easy access to corporate offices, premium shopping, and cultural landmarks. As part of Accor’s globally recognised ibis brand, the hotel continues its tradition of providing high-quality, accessible accommodation with stylish, social spaces.

Since its launch in 1974, ibis has redefined economy hospitality, ensuring a comfortable stay at over 1,200 hotels in 69 countries. Speaking on the transformation, Vincent Yeo, CEO of CDL Hospitality Trust, stated:

“We are delighted to re-invigorate this hotel, elevating the guest experience in its prime location. This investment has created a truly unique offering in Perth.”

Adrian Williams, Accor’s COO PM&E for the Pacific, added:

“ibis Perth is now a top choice for business and leisure travellers. This renovation delivers a fresh, dynamic new look.”

Adding to its appeal, the hotel will soon launch Chelsea Social, a lively bar and social hub offering craft cocktails, music, and entertainment, further enriching Perth’s hospitality scene.
