This is a fantastic opportunity to sit down for tea in Australia’s first and oldest Parliament, one of the most significant political and cultural institutions in NSW. With panoramic views overlooking Sydney’s iconic domain you’ll enjoy an elegant menu of summer berry macaroons, vanilla bean pannacotta, pulled chicken and walnut finger sandwiches, and many other sweet and savoury delicacies, all served on the Parliament’s bespoke Wedgwood china. Select from a traditional afternoon tea ($50 per person), sparkling high tea with a glass of Tyrell’s Moore’s Creek Sparkling Brut NV ($56 per person) or sparkling rosé high tea with a glass of Peterson House Brut Rosé Sparkling ($60 per person). You can even join a free guided tour of the Parliament as part of your high tea experience.
High tea in the house is served each Friday from 12 noon, group bookings for up to 100 guests are available Monday – Friday
