Hawaiian Airlines is heating up the trans-Pacific airfare war with a range of new airfares to the US mainland via Hawaii starting at $1325 per person from Sydney.
Hawaiian AIrlines has launched new Hula airfares
Hawaiian Airlines sales and marketing manager – Australia, Sherilyn Robinson, said the new ‘hula your way to the USA’ airfares were available to seven USA mainland destinations, including Las Vegas, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, San Jose, Seattle and Sacramento.
“Hawaiian Airlines flies via Honolulu, which enables our passengers to clear US customs in Hawaii then continue nonstop to their mainland destination with no further formalities on arrival,” she said.
“Our passengers can enjoy the best of both worlds, as we also offer the exclusive option of a stopover in Hawaii either on the way to the mainland, on the way home, or both.”
The $1325 return airfares include all taxes, plus the stopovers, which is ideal for planners looking to book entertainment and leisure combination trips, such as Honolulu and Las Vegas.
The special airfares are available for departures from now until September 24; from October 7 until December 16; and from January 13, 2010, until March 31, 2010. All travel must be booked and paid for by July 24, 2009.
Hawaiian Airlines flies nonstop from Sydney to Honolulu every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday evening, with connections available from throughout Australia.
