The app is solely managed by the client which the app provides freedom and accessibility without the need for technical support.

Promotion is available for new bookings held from 25 April 2016 until 30 September 2016. Prices quoted and event space/date is subject to availability. A minimum of 150 attendees or more is required during the promotional dates specified. Minimum spend requirements may apply on peak dates. Events on public holidays will incur additional labour fees. Pricing is applicable for day meeting package. Use of Staging Connections as the preferred AV supplier is required for the promotion listed above. Additional audiovisual and theming costs are available upon request. Up to 15MB of download/upload speeds apply. Package is available outside of promotion dates at rates starting from $110 per person for events of 300 people or more.
