TES recruitment is offering free onboarding coaching services to the first five companies who sign up before the end of January*. The coaching services would include three sessions. The first will be a triad with the candidate, boss and Dan Londero. There would then be two follow-up sessions. The three sessions will run over three months and have a value of $3000. The sessions aim to ensure a seamless transition for everyone involved in the recruitment process once the match has been made.
Dan and John have a combined 55 years of international experience in the events industry. They have a unique understanding of the needs of employers and employees alike. Dan is also an accredited senior practitioner coach with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council.
