What started as a small project by Alejandro Jara, director, has now become a superpower agency with offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Canberra, and over 1000 team members.

“When I first started, I was the only waiter, and I knew the concept had potential, but it is only now that I realize how big this can get; it is limitless,” Alejandro says.

Black and White combine the concepts of a modeling agency with the concept of a wait staffing agency. Furthermore, the idea of our service goes well above a food and beverage service. Black and White Waiters service is to provide experiences by adapting a whole unique level of communication, style of service, and behavior of its team members to make guests feel the way the event managers envisions.

“We work hand by hand with clients to understand what is the event experience, or how they want their guest to feel at each specific event. We then pass this information onto our team members so they can impersonate the correct character and adapt their style of service to the brief. This changes for every single event, and this is how we create experiences for our guest. This is what makes us different and special.”
