Calling all hospitality businesses: Are you fitter, faster and stronger than the competition? Join our fitness challenge to prove it, and take home thousands of dollars in cash prizes.
The Fittest Crew in Sydney is a 10-week fitness challenge exclusive to the hospitality industry and created by Inner West Boxing and Personal Training. At the end of 10 weeks of hard training, teams of hospitality staff will go head to head to decide who will take out the title of the Fittest Crew in Sydney.
Every hospitality business across Sydney is eligible to enter a team of between five and ten people. The winning team will receive 15% of the total entry prize pool, the runner up will receive 10% and a further 10% will go to a charity nominated by Inner West Boxing & Personal Training.
The Biggest Loser’s Commando Steve has teamed up with Nick Woodall at Inner West Boxing and Personal Training to conduct training sessions throughout the 10 weeks. Training sessions will be held on Mondays, Wednesday, Fridays and Saturdays in the Domain & Jubilee Park in Glebe.
Activities such as boxing, kettlebell training, bootcamp training and team sports will be used and fitness assessments will be conducted so you can measure your progress. Be prepared to be challenged mentally and physically, while having fun at the same time.
At the end of the 10 weeks we will run a competition at which every participant will be scored on strength, speed and stamina tests. The best five scores from each team will be added up to decide, who is the Fittest Crew in Sydney.
Each team pays a flat fee of $1500 to enter. Each registered member can attend as many training sessions as they wish. The more teams that enter, the more fun will be had and the greater the prize pool will be. Your team could win thousands in cash prizes. Every participant will receive a Fittest Crew In Sydney pack, containing a t-shirt, cap and water bottle.
