Frasers Hospitality Pte Ltd has announced its fourth Australian hotel, Capri by Fraser Brisbane, for a 2015 opening.
Construction has begun to transform an office tower into a new apartment hotel in the Brisbane CBD.
Capri by Fraser is the fourth in the Frasers Hospitality Australia portfolio with Fraser Suites Sydney, Fraser Place Melbourne and Fraser Suites Perth all open for business. It is also the debut of the Capri brand in Australia.
Capri by Fraser properties are also located in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam, Kuala Lumpur in Malaysia and Changi City in Singapore. Capri by Fraser residences aim to offer modern hotel style suites with all the comforts of a home or apartment.
Capri by Fraser Brisbane will also feature a street-level restaurant and café, a club lounge providing breakfast, afternoon tea as well as evening drinks and canapés, an indoor swimming pool and gymnasium, meeting room facilities and Spin and Play rooms offering interactive games and a 24-hour laundrette.
The new 239 room property is located at 80 Albert Street on the corner of Mary Street, just a short walk from the Botanic Gardens, the CBD and the Brisbane River.
