Ex-Zeta Bar mixologist Grant Collins has teamed up with Wine Library’s James Young to open a gin bar in the backstreets of Potts Point.

Applejack Hospitality have taken over the old Mezzaluna site in Potts Point and turned it into a French-themed restaurant bar.

The team from Apollo have created a Tokyo izakaya (Japanese drinking establishment that serves food to accompany drinks) in Potts Point, Sydney.
