The bureau has a wide variety of professional women speakers and educators, to help CEO’s, event planners and HR managers, who have trouble finding women speakers and female executive candidates.

The bureau is the creation of Debbie Carr who has operated a professional speaker bureau since 2004.  Carr had a vision to create a speaking bureau representing only women speakers when she became acutely aware of the lack of female speakers on her books and the speaking bureau industry in general.

In the past, Carr struggled in providing a diverse shortlist of speakers for her client’s so decided to solve the problem by creating a women’s only speaking bureau in 2010, which recently rebranded to Voxy Lady.
