Teage Ezard is joining the Spotless crew as a consultant
EPICURE clients can book a Teage inspired menu through any of its venues and existing Spotless and Alliance Catering customers can take advantage of the partnership for their special events.
Spotless CEO Bruce Dixon was eager to engage a chef who could easily integrate into the already highly skilled Spotless, EPICURE and Alliance Catering teams.
Dixon said, “Teage joining our team enables us to diversify our customers’ experience, applying his fine dining skills and emphasis on intricacy and detail to the occasions of those clients who really want to impress. It also allows us to enhance the skills of our food service teams, providing an invaluable learning experience for our chefs.”
Ezard’s first foray into larger scale dining and catering will ensure that his signature ‘Asian freestyle’ style will become available in the boardrooms, function centres and special events of Australia, with the support of the Spotless team.
