Meetings and Events Australia (MEA) announced its new Board at its AGM yesterday.

The new Board is as follows:
Chair: Anne Jamieson, Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre
Vice Chair: Ian Whitworth, Scene Change
Treasurer: Susan Ryman-Kiernan, Wise Connections
Directors: Kate Smith, Waldron Smith Management; Alana Hay, Milestone Creative Pty Limited

Newly appointed Chair Anne Jamieson said, “I am very privileged to be representing the meetings and events industry and I look forward to working with the new board and the membership in re-energising MEA. There is a lot to do and we have a very good team in place to reinvigorate and grow the organisation.”

MEA CEO Robyn Johnson said, “Together with the new board, I am keen to understand the issues that our members see as a priority for 2017 and beyond.”
