Sunreef Mooloolaba has just launched Australia’s first swim with Humpback Whales experience.
The new experience allows snorkelers to hold a rope off the back of the dive boat while the whales swim freely around. To increase the chances of an encounter, Sunreef also has access to a spotter plane.
Swimming with the whales is operated under a strict code of conduct to protect both whales and swimmers. Sunreef is a PADI 5 star training centre operating since 1976 on Queensland’s Sunshine Coast.
