Head to the Southern Highlands of NSW with a Le Cordon Bleu trained chef to hunt for truffles.

Participants get down and dirty and spend the morning hunting for Perigord truffles with professional truffle hunter Dalene Devonshire and her trained dogs. The group also learns about identifying quality truffles as well as how to clean, grade and store a truffle, before enjoying a truffle laden lunch with cool climate wines.
Participants are then given the chance to stock up on freshly dug truffles that retail for around $1600 per kg.
The tours include round trip transport to and from Sydney CBD, morning tea, lunch with NSW regional wines, a truffle hunt with dogs and expert handlers and a complete truffle education.
