Belinda Franks Catering showed just why they have remained at the top of the tree as one of Sydney’s most polished event caterers with an exquisite execution as part of Paspaley’s ‘Polo In The City’ day held in Centennial Park last Saturday (20 November, 2010).
Faced with the logistical challenge of providing three different menus for more than 2,500 guests, all within the timeframe of11AM to 5PM, the Belinda Franks team presented a refined selection of tastes that was a perfect balance of classic chic and creative innovation.

Arguably the ‘star of the show’ was a much talked about delicacy, ‘Pearl Meat in Sea Water’ which had tongues wagging in surprise as much as they did licking of lips over what was for many a new found taste sensation.
