ARIA Catering has finished the month of May having produced two of Sydney’s most interesting conferences to be held at Sydney Opera House.
The first was TEDxSydney, which saw 2200 guests flock to the Concert Hall for an all-day food extravaganza. Produced in conjunction with Grow it Local the catering was a large focus of the event.
A deliciously charming all- day fruit station for the AFR’s Bespoke Summit.
Hundreds of Grow it Local members donated fresh produce in the days leading up to the event, which included anything from a couple of limes, a suitcase of potatoes, a bunch of herbs and even locally sourced honey. The produce was then taken by the Chef’s at ARIA Catering and turned into an all-day feast – provoking some of the best discussions of the day.
Delegates finding the risotto station a hit at the Opera House.
A few weeks later, Sydney Opera House welcomed a different crowd, as the AFR’s Bespoke Summit was held for the first time. When the well-heeled fashion focused delegates turned up at Sydney Opera House the focus was on substantial catering with a delicate touch.
Guests enjoyed a range of delicious substantial canapés for their lunch break, along with an interactive risotto station plus more. One of the biggest hits was the all-day fruit station that looked as good as it tasted.
