Sydney’s iconic Tech Central precinct has welcomed an all-new and highly versatile event space. Located within 477 on Pitt Street, Flex by ISPT Collider fuses modern technology and heritage qualities, resulting in a venue  that is set to become one of the most popular spots  for connection and collaboration within the city.

Flex by ISPT Collider is housed within the former Australian Gaslight Company showroom which turned 100 years old in December 2022. This historic space has been redesigned by John Wardle Architects under ISPT’s direction, and now offers a “wider community feel” to connect and collaborate at 477 on Pitt Street. The recently redeveloped 477 on Pitt has impressive ESG credentials: a carbon neutral building with a 5-Star NABERS Energy Rating, 5.5 Star NABERS indoor environment rating and is partially powered by rooftop solar.

Featuring a 217-inch rotating LED screen, Collider provides the ideal backdrop for panel discussions, workshops, networking events, and award nights. However, the truly special feature here is the spectacular domed ceiling and classic columns, which lend an air of grandeur and intrigue to any event.

Since opening 1 July, Collider has already hosted corporate events right through to launching the Sydney Fringe Festival, highlighting the versatility of the space.
