With events gradually coming back onto the pipeline for 2020, now is the perfect time for event producers to revamp their mood boards with the latest event styling looks.
According to event experts Harry the Hirer, upcoming styling trends are all about bringing people together amongst stunning, homely table settings and comfortable cocktail set-ups that encourage conversation.
As part of their new event packages for up to 20 guests, dubbed The After Party, the team at Harry the Hirer have partnered with a selection of stylists to curate six looks, which can be recreated for any event.
1//Cena
Styled by Creating Beautiful, Cena celebrates the “Italian way” of entertaining, whether for a sit-down dinner or a cocktail event.
As spring approaches, event producers can expect to see bold pops of yellow, pink and purple dominate spaces, complete with velvet-look chairs, elegant crystal ware and luscious floral arrangements.
2//The bold & the bubbly
For a dinner occasion that really impresses, this styling look is all about bold pops of red and purple, against a classic black and white palette.
Styled by Lettuce and Co., this setting plays on graphic patterns and a contrasting colour palette perfect for a long-table dinner gathering.
3//Botanica
As curated here by Styled by Lousia Curtis, this look offers a wholesome and inclusive dining experience that can be created within a small venue or even the home.
With earthy tones, lush greenery and white statement candles, this is an inviting look that transcends any season.
4//Gather
As people emerge from their homes and get back into attending events, gatherings will be all about re-connecting with colleagues and industry friends.
This styling look by Ruby and James features fun mixes of colour, comfortable seating and greenery so cosy your guests won’t want to leave.
5//A doozy of a dinner party
This dinner setting by The Style Co. is all about the drama.
Perfect for an intimate dinner setting, this styling look combine bright mixes of colours, tall candles and florals as the centrepiece, and plush chairs for a long evening catch up.
6//The secret garden
The secret garden, styled by Tori Allen, takes a more casual approach to entertaining with a cocktail set-up and cascading florals to create a garden vibe.
Cocktail tables with rose upholstered stools offer a place to gather, while each table is adorned with a floral arrangement and candles to complete the look.
