Rustic and Moody – Coming in from the Cold
We love a winter wedding or a Christmas in July and there truly is no location more suitable than the stunning countryside, that you can escape to just outside of Sydney. Combine rustic charm and vintage glamour, with a deep, moody colour palette of burgundy, dark timber and accents of luxe gold. The rugged countryside shadowed by the winter sun glare, acts as the picture-perfect backdrop for a rustic winter celebration.
Warm, Winter Textures
Nothing says winter quite like thick and luxurious textures. Wool, sheepskin, fur (all faux of course!) and velvets will instantly elevate the styling of any space and add a sense of warmth, comfort and an overall premium luxury to your event styling. Think light and bright, with throws and rugs in shades of pale snow and winter white. If you prefer richer tones, dark and moody shades of grey, peacock blue and rust are also perfect for this season.
Secret Venues
The new, hot trend of this season is that of the Secret Venue. A space that cannot be found, except by those who already know where it is. By finding the perfect underground hideaway for a small intimate dinner, a candlelit clandestine soiree or a larger scale function, you can entice your guests, not just to an event but an adventure. Create an experience, which they won’t soon forget, even after they have left.
Royal Wedding Fever
Does anything quite capture the interest of the world like a Royal Wedding? We think not.
The wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, the now Duke and Duchess of Sussex, was a grand affair that drew attention from all corners of the globe. Black Tie Gala Dinners were held in celebration of the momentous occasion that exuded luxury, first class glamour and glowed with centrepieces of crystal and gold. Create your own classic black-tie event with an elegant and sophisticated style, allowing all guests to sit back in a regal and opulent environment to toast the wedding of the decade.
Sustainability
Nothing more on point right now than showing your care for the environment. It has never been more important to work towards reducing our environmental impact than it is right now. Create sustainably aware events without compromising the standard through food waste management and ethically sourced products, managing recycling of materials, donations for charity organisations rather than corporate giveaways and creating long lasting arrangements of installations with succulents of which can post event be given new life by being replanted in gardens. Event apps and reports are also available now for corporate sustainability reports and carbon footprint management.
