Staging Connections CEO Tony Chamberlain says their double MEA awards last week recognised the hard work and commitment of teams across Australia


Staging Connections CEO Tony Chamberlain says their double Meetings & Events Australia (MEA) 2009 state awards last week recognised the hard work and commitment of teams across Australia. 

Chamberlian added that management had refocused on business basics which is proving to be a powerful tool in the market.

“Our teams across Australia continue to up the ante in terms of high standards of client service delivery and through review and continuous improvement, we will continue to work very hard to maintain our strong position,” he said.

Throughout last week at NSW and WA MEA awards Staging Connections took top honours with the following achievments:

WA account manager, Jacqueline Crick,  has been named Y MEA Future Leader of The Year at the WA MEA Industry Awards. This outstanding achievement was voted on by her industry peers.

Staging Connections Sydney has also won the NSW MEA Industry Award for Technical and Creative Production. This is the third consecutive year that Staging Connections Sydney has won the NSW Award, which means the company will now be fast tracked into the MEA Industry Hall of Fame.

Teresa Amey, regional general manager accepted the award thanking the Sydney team for their ongoing support saying the award demonstrated to the industry the amazing depth of talent and dedication within the Sydney team. Staging Connections Sydney now goes on to the national awards which will be presented at the MEA National Conference on 20th April 2010.
