The date for the third and final lunch in the Women in Tourism Leadership program for 2015 has been announced.
The lunch will take place at View By Sydney (part of Dedes Group) at 12 noon for 12.30pm on October 30, 2015.
In this final event for the year, the panel will discuss ‘Mentors and Masterminds: do you need one, how to find one and how do they work?’
Three female panellists and a guest MC will discuss mentoring – not just from the mentee side but the benefits for a mentor as well – and discuss the hot topic of mastermind groups.
Napoleon Hill wrote about mastermind groups around 75 years ago in his book, Think and Grow Rich, stating that, “A mastermind group is designed to help you navigate through challenges using the collective intelligence of others”.
Many leaders and entrepreneurs today link their success to participating in a mastermind group.
There will also be an opportunity to network and connect with other accomplished leaders across the travel and tourism industry.
