One of Australia’s favourite media personalities Tim ‘Rosso’ Rosso is proving that there is such a thing as a free lunch with the launch of his Australian ‘Lunch on Lawson’s’ tour which kicked off in Sydney last Thursday (April 22) with a huge host of Aussie chefs at Sydney’s Italian Village Restaurant in the Rocks.
Rosso and his signature ‘Aussie Rueben Sandwich’
Rosso will continue on this tour throughout Adelaide, Brisbane, Sydney and Melbourne visiting selected cafés to oversee the proceedings of sandwich sampled to café patron’s using Lawson’s Traditional Bread range.
“There is nothing more Australian than an old fashioned, great tasting sandwich so I’m pretty excited to be touring around Australia with Lawson’s to provide a free lunch for as many people as I can,” said Rosso, of his involvement in the tour.
The kick off event saw a selection of Australian chefs from around the country, including Phillip Johnson from E’cco Bistro in Brisbane and Jeff Schroeter from Eleven Kitchen & Cellar in Sydney on board with the campaign, each creating their own signature sandwich, which will be available in their venues on selected days.
