Premium Italian beer, Peroni Nastro Azzurro hosted a stylish evening of fashion, fine food and beer last Thursday night (17 March) at the annual L’Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival.

Peroni, a brand associated with style and fashion was the official beer of this year’s festival, and also joined Specsavers as presenting partners for the premier Menswear Runway Show. The runway show took place at the Melbourne Docklands.
The Menswear Runway Show made a spectacular debut, featuring a guest appearance from international supermodel Helena Christensen who joined the runway with Melbourne’s most coveted male models, wearing designs from the likes of Arthur Galan, Autonomy, Campaign and Farage.

Prior to the highly successful Menswear Show, Peroni hosted Melbourne’s social set in an exclusive VIP lounge in the festival’s Woolshed Pub located in Shed 9 in the Melbourne Docklands.
Guests were treated to a relaxing evening of crisp and refreshing Peroni Collezione – including Peroni Nastro Azzurro and Peroni Leggera, which is low in carbohydrates and mid-strength – all accompanied by the brand’s signature Aperitivo of Prosciutto wrapped Grissini, Tomato, basil and Mozzarella Pizzette, Bruscetta with Goats Cheese, Piquillo Pepper and Salsa Verde and Arancini with Taleggio and Pumpkin, provided by the Woolshed Pub.

Guests on the night included Blair McDonough, Tom Wren and Jack Peasron from Channel Seven’s Winners and Losers; Players from the Melbourne Storm, Chris Milligan and Jordan Smith from Channel Ten’s Neighbours; and renowned choreographer, Adam Williams who also created a number of hot dance routines for the Menswear Runway Show.
