Celebrity chefs Alastair McLeod and Miguel Maestre did an exclusive VIP, invite-only cook-off event at Pan Pacific Perth last week as a kick-off of the 2016 Perth Good Food and Wine Show. This is the second consecutive year for Pan Pacific Perth to be the official hotel partner of the show.
During the cook-off, Miguel made Paella A La Maestre and Alastair make roasted salmon with caramelised beetroot, goats curd and green sauce.
