MONDO Bartenders along with Bayleaf Catering seduced the stars and 600 industry guests to enjoy the very finest in event catering and experience at Sydney’s iconic Hordern Pavilion.

The annual ARIA Hall of Fame honours Australia’s most influential musical icons, and songwriters who have made their mark both in Australia and around the globe. The Aria’s this year, for the first time was broadcasted in the Rockwiz format, hosted by Julia Zemiro and Brian Nankervis, with Moroccan themeing and luscious red velvet draping.With the new Sydney location at the Hordern Pavilion, moving from it’s grass roots in Melbourne, this year celebrated five inductees into the ARIA Hall of Fame – John Williamson, Models, Johnny Young, The Loved Ones and The Church, joining past legendary inductees, AC/DC, INXS and Paul Kelly to name a few.
Over four hours, guests enjoyed cocktail creations presented by leading Mondo Bartenders. Choices included the Pink Velvet (berries shaken with vodka & topped with pineapple), and the popular MONDO special, Higo Libre (a twist on the classic – with fresh muddled limes, golden rum and their house fig syrup, served on ice, topped with soda.)

Chef Justin Bull of Bayleaf Catering provided a Moroccan feast featuring starters of Bissara, Garbanzo dips with fig & walnut breads, tasting plates of Kefta Briouats, and minted lamb & mushroom kebabs. The main offering Moroccan meatball tagine, spiced cous cous & harissa baked chicken, finishing with a scrumptious Moroccan chocolate cake splashed with summer strawberries finished off the journey perfectly.
