Professionals and students of the events industry came together for an evening of networking and knowledge exchange on Wednesday 20th October 2010 at Melbourne CBD venue, Deck 10 for the launch of the Event Management Forum.

The emerging talent of the event industry was on full display, successfully hosting “Shine on You Crazy Diamond,” the celebrated launch of the Event Management Forum (EMF). The Post Graduate students of Event Management Training Australia are the hidden gems of the industry, and hail from a range of professional backgrounds, bringing an array of skills to the table.

“I am astounded at the calibre of students on this course and their ability to grasp all aspects of the industry, ” said course director at Event Management Training Australia, Jon Hopwood.

This evening of discovery shaped the diamond that will become the Event Management Forum. The EMF is an international forum for all employees of the events industry.

The evening was proudly supported by Melbourne venue Deck 10.
