Sydney’s Circular Quay was hit with a burst of colour last Tuesday (13 November) when eight giant canvasses lined Alfred Street in front of Customs House for Sydney-siders to paint, draw, colour and create a collective artwork.

Sydney-siders came together in front of Customs House to draw, colour and paint away stress.

The concept, created by agency Porter Novelli Sydney, was organised for the launch of BeFriendsWithYourPC.com

The event, organisised in response to research suggesting that over 85% of Australians find sluggish performance of their personal computer (PC) frustrating, kicked off the website which provides a host of tips, tricks and tantrum-preventing methods to navigate PC problems.

Giant canvasses lined the street in front of Sydney’s Customs House.

Participants were provided painting smocks and paints of every colour to express themselves and create the masterpiece and de-stress with a massive colour therapy session.

Additionally, Professor Zena O’Connor, lecturer in colour therapy at UNSW, was on site to assist and assess what is frustrating people most. Professor O’Connor provided insights into how people can ease their frustrations with colour therapy.

The event was coordinated in conjunction with Highly Strung Picture Framing & Art Supplies, paints and supplies from Crockers Paint and Sefton, goodie bags from Promotions Only .
