Sydney-based caterer, Avocado Group has unveiled a new website with an invigorating look and feel and has also announced the expansion of their team.
Avocado Group has a 15-year history as a key performer within the event industry catering scene. The company works with some of Sydney’s best venues, including Tattersalls Sydney, NIDA, Justice and Police Museum, Elizabeth Bay House and Hyde Park Barracks.

Avocado Group’s managing director Ian Martin explained that as a leader in the Sydney events catering market, it was essential for the company’s website to reflect Avocado Group’s commitment to excellence in catering.
“Our stylish and modern new website and branding echoes the staff’s dedication and unique approach to food preparation and presentation,” he said.
As part of the fresh business direction, Avocado Group has hired Rebecca Mutanen in the area of business development. Mutanen has been immersed in the hospitality/sales industry for the last 12 years, gaining a wealth of knowledge within five-star establishments locally, nationally and internationally.

Since Avocado Group was created its operation has grown to become one of the leading suppliers of catering services in the Sydney Metropolitan area. During this time the caterer has extended the services offered beyond purely catering to total catering management and venue procurement.
Avocado Group recently moved from its base in Chatswood to Tattersalls Sydney, based in the heart of the city opposite Sydney’s Hyde Park.
Avocado Group has been recognised on numerous occasions by industry groups for its delivery of catering services, including 2009 Winner of the Best Achievement in Catering at the Australian Event Awards and 2008 Winner of NSW Corporate Caterer of the Year.
