Lend Lease is set to commence construction later this year on a $2.5 billion redevelopment of Brisbane’s RNA showground site, including the addition of a convention centre and hotel, following the lodging of a master plan today (Jul 10).

Speaking exclusively to SpiceNews at the Australia New Zealand Pacific Hotel Investment Conference (ANZPHIC) in Sydney, Lend Lease Australia CEO of Development, David Rolls, said alongside the new convention centre and hotel, roads, restaurants and bars would be added, along with a permanent food market.
