The concept plan for Sydney’s Barangaroo development is set to be lodged by Lend Lease in a couple of weeks and SpiceNews has an exclusive report on what’s involved, including a 300-room hotel perched over the water in Darling Harbour.

Speaking exclusively to SpiceNews, Lend Lease Australia CEO of Development, David Rolls, said the Barangaroo plan gives back a substantial amount of open space to Sydney, while also offering significant tourism infrastructure – including the hotel, bars, restaurants and conference space – in a major boost to the city.
