Novotel’s next generation hotel rooms were officially launched in Bangkok overnight (Feb 21), as Accor’s upper mid-scale hotel brand continues to chase a larger share of the business and leisure markets across Asia-Pacific.
Speaking exclusively at the launch to SpiceNews on camera, Accor Asia Pacific Chairman and COO, Michael Issenberg said nine Novotel hotels currently feature the new rooms and the roll-out across the 400-strong network would be completed over the next five- to seven-years.
The new designer rooms were created to be practical and spacious, while also featuring the latest in technology, including 32-inch TVs, WiFi and a range of connectors (including USB, audio and video).
