Lend Lease is planning to build a 200-room upscale hotel at Melbourne’s Victoria Harbour as part of a massive extension of the Docklands site.

Speaking exclusively to SpiceNews, Lend Lease Senior Development Manager, Greg Whiteside, said the property would be complete by 2014 on the corner of Collins and Bourke Streets.
Whiteside also said the hotel would include meeting space as well as bars and restaurants.
