Sydney’s famous The Grounds is set to open a new events space and coffee roastery in South Eveleigh early next year.
The Grounds of Eveleigh will be home to two distinctly different spaces, with the state-of-the-art The Grounds Coffee Roastery, and an elevated event space, The Eveleigh.
The historic space of The Eveleigh boasts grand, open spaces, exposed brick walls, high ceilings adorned with chandeliers, lending a classic feel to the space. It can be transformed for a range of different events, accommodating up to 350 guests for a sit-down banquet style event.
Situated at the former Australian Technology Park, the new venue has been reimagined as a result of a six-year collaboration between The Grounds and property development group Mirvac.
Inspired by its surrounds, the new venue has been designed with guest experiences in mind, including the way in which we connect and celebrate.
A highlight is the sensory experience at The Grounds Coffee Roastery, which invites guess to discover the art of the coffee-making process from bean to brew.
