QT Hotels & Resorts has announced two new leadership appointments, as it continues to support and celebrate internal talent across the hotel group and its parent company, EVENT Hospitality and Entertainment.

Dominic Rose has been appointment general manager of QT Gold Coast, bringing decades of experience to the role which will see him exceed the hotel’s reputation as Queensland’s “designer destination” for its award-winning restaurants and bars, boutique accommodation, and events offering.

QT Canberra has welcomed Cian McClafferty as its new general manager, who joins following three years as general manager at Rydges Cronulla. Prior to that, he led operations at QT hotels Sydney, Bondi and Queenstown.

QT Hotels and Resorts group general manager Callum Kennedy said he has every confidence in the growth of QT’s leadership team.
