Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour has unveiled its newly renovated one- and two-bedroom Garden-view and Harbour-view luxury apartment-style hotel suites.
The new, generously sized guest suites range from 75-square-metres and 100-square-metres and are inspired by the surrounding landscape of Sydney Harbour and Sydney Royal Botanic Garden. The luxury serviced apartments feature separate bedrooms, spacious lounge, fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchens with laundry facilities, luxurious bathrooms with corner spa bath, work area and balconies offering views over the harbour or gardens.
Brisbane-based interior design studio, Mel Porter Design, was appointed to refresh and refurbish the 5-star hotel’s generously sized guest suites and luxury serviced apartments.
Sophisticated events spaces
Pullman Quay Grand Sydney Harbour also offers a range of conference and events spaces.
Overlooking Sydney Harbour, the Harbour Boardroom can seat up to 15 delegates and can also be extended into The Gallery for lunch and dinner events for up to 25 guests. The Lachlan Macquarie room features a contemporary design and the latest in audio-visual equipment. It is the hotel’s largest space, seating up to 100 guests with the option of being divided into two separate meeting rooms, accommodating up to 50 seated in each room. Located in front of all these spaces is The Gallery, which offers the perfect setting for registrations, coffee breaks, working lunches and post-conference drinks.
Corporate cocktail functions, product launches and private events can also be hosted at HYDE Hacienda Bar + Lounge, which can cater for up to 200 guests cocktail style. Located on level 3, this popular bar has just launched a new South American-inspired menu with a focus on fresh Australian produce. There are also 12 new cocktails to try.
For a sophisticated dining experience, the hotel’s newly refurbished signature restaurant, Q Dining, boasts uninterrupted harbour views and can host up to 80 seated or 70 cocktail.
