Public voting for Eventex Awards now open

The 13th edition of the globally acclaimed awards for events is inviting the public to vote in the People's Choice categories for the most deserving events, products, and services.

Eventex Awards – the world’s most acclaimed awards for events and experience marketing – has started the evaluation phase of its 13th edition, inviting the public to vote in the People’s Choice categories for the most deserving events, products, and services.

Until 4 April, members of the public can cast their vote in what is shaping up to be a record year for the Awards, whose submission rate reached 99 percent, a first in its more than decade-long history. Out of a record 765 entries total, 498 have been earmarked for public voting.

Each voter will get one vote for each of the different tracks — Events, Brand Experiences, Virtual Events & Experiences, Marketing, Communications & Strategy, Event Technology, and Suppliers. Voting will take place on a dedicated portal, powered by Evalato, where people will be able to cast their vote with just a click.

“Our People’s Choice awards celebrate the broader appeal of events, products, and services to the public as well as industry peers, which makes it an incredibly valuable recognition for the recipient’s work,” Eventex co-founder Ovanes Ovanessian said.

“We’re therefore extremely proud to be able to offer the opportunity to the public to voice their opinion by voting.”

As every year, the public voting will run concurrently with the judging phase which will see a record of 86 judges from 27 countries evaluate the entries based on criteria including innovation, objectives, and results.

Finalists will be announced later in April and the winners will be made public in May.

Preparations for the next edition of the awards is also already underway, with early registration for Eventex Awards 2024 now open.
