After several setbacks and delays, W Sydney has announced it will finally open its doors in October 2023. 

The design-driven five star property will be located in Darling Harbour and feature a bold design throughout, created by award winning interior specialists, Bowler James Brindley.

It will have offer originally designed rooms, suites and ultra-luxe suites, following the curves and lines of the hotel’s unique architecture, with no two rooms the same. Additionally, its restaurant, events venues, infinity pool and two-storey rooftop bar are set to make it one of the city’s most vibrant and sought-after hotels.

While there have been delays, W Sydney general manager Craig Seaward said it will be worth the wait.

“We are incredibly excited to confirm our opening date for W Sydney in October 2023,” Seaward said.

“It’s a luxury hotel with a new perspective, one that not only connects deeply with its host city and its urban setting but is also imbued with a sense of freedom and possibility.
