Applejack Hospitality is opening its new restaurant and bar, RAFI, in the North Sydney business district this September.
The 300-seat indoor-outdoor venue will be located at 99 Mount Street and will be the latest addition to the hospitality group’s growing portfolio of venues which includes Bopp & Tone, The Botanist, and The Butler to name a few.
“We want to put North Sydney back on the centre stage with a world-class restaurant in a setting to match,” Applejack co-founder Ben Carroll said.
“We want to make this venue a place where visitors, corporates and the local community can come together and feel that connection in a warm and welcoming space.”
The vibrant and contemporary venue will feature unique spaces throughout, from an island bar connecting to the main dining room and The Arbor glasshouse to an alfresco terrace, private dining room and chef’s kitchen.
The menu will be centred around cooking over charcoal and will feature simple yet creative and nourishing dishes, accompanied by a beverage list of classic cocktails, local beers and wines.
RAFI will be open for lunch and dinner Monday to Saturday, from September.
